1. Orders: Orders are accepted via Web only. These general terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the purchase contract. As soon as you place an order, this order becomes legally binding.

2. Place of performance: Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in writing, the place of performance for our delivery of goods as well as for your payments is the domicile of Liechtenstein Post Corp..

3. Deliveries: In Switzerland , products offered by our internet shop are usually shipped by mail within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries to other countries are shipped by mail and take 4 – 10 days depending on the country. If the products are on back-order at the time of the order, we endeavour to deliver as soon as possible. Should the delivery time be delayed due to force majeure, civil unrest or natural disasters, the delivery deadline is adjusted accordingly. Products on back-order are delivered postage free as soon as they are available. In principle, goods ordered may not be returned.

4. Shipping: The products ordered are shipped by courier at the expenses or by post and risk of the recipient.

5. Liability: Liechtenstein Post Corp. is not liable for delays in delivery or non-availability of goods.

6. Method of payment and shipping terms: All prices are without value inkl. tax. The currencies are Swiss Francs, Euro or US Dollars. The products are delivered all over the world. Method of payment: prepayment by credit card (Master or Visa) or Swiss Postcard Cash on delivery only in Switzerland or Liechtenstein (collection fee: SFr. 15.00)

7. Complaints / returns: Complaints shall be filed in writing within 5 (five) days of receipt of the goods (e-mail or mail). Returns must be authorized and advised by Liechtenstein Post Corp.. The products must be in their original packaging, used goods are not returnable.

8. Place of jurisdiction: Place of jurisdiction is the domicile of Liechtenstein Post Corp..

9. Data storage: Personal data is handled confidentially. We do not provide your data to third parties or use them for advertising purposes.

10. Improvements and modifications: Liechtenstein Post Corp. reserves the right to implement product modifications which serve the quality improvement from the manufacturer’s and distributor’s point of view without prior notification.
