In Switzerland , products offered by our internet shop are usually shipped by mail within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries to other countries are shipped by mail and take 4 - 10 days depending on the country. If the products are on back-order at the time of the order, we endeavour to deliver as soon as possible. Should the delivery time be delayed due to force majeure, civil unrest or natural disasters, the delivery deadline is adjusted accordingly. Products on back-order are delivered postage free as soon as they are available.
In principle, goods ordered may not be returned. The products ordered are shipped by courier at the expenses or by post and risk of the recipient. Liechtenstein Post Corp. is not liable for delays in delivery or non-availability of goods.
